Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

This notice explains how, as data controller, we process your personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

2. Personal data processed

Through our website we process only the data you send us:

Identity data: first name, last name
Contact data: email address, phone number
Customer transaction data: company name, enquiry content, the solution you are interested in and any technical files you send
Transaction security data: technical records created through essential cookies (see the Cookie Policy)

No special categories of personal data are collected on the site. Please do not share such information in the form.

3. Purposes of processing

To evaluate your enquiry and respond to you
To prepare quotations and manage contract processes
To work on your technical files within the scope of a project
To fulfil our legal obligations
To ensure the security and operation of the website

Your data is not used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent and is not added to bulk mailing lists.

4. Legal basis

Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is "directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract", "mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation", and "necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject". For non-essential cookies, the legal basis is your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

To the extent necessary for the service to be delivered and under an obligation of confidentiality, your personal data may be transferred to our hosting provider, our form delivery service and, where your enquiry requires it, our business partners. Some of these providers may have servers abroad; in that case the transfer is carried out within the framework of Article 9 of the KVKK.

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention period

If your enquiry does not result in a quotation, your contact data is retained for a maximum of 2 years. Where a contract is concluded, the periods prescribed by the relevant legislation (generally 10 years) apply. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information about it
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad
To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
To request its deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the law
To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties it was transferred to
To object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems
To claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing
