Augmented Reality: let the machine go to the customer's site.
The dimension table in the catalogue does not close the "will it fit" question. The customer reads the figure but does not feel the size — and cannot decide on something they do not feel.
The phone already in the customer's pocket is enough. No app to download, no app store, no account to create. They tap the button in the browser, the phone's camera opens, and the machine settles onto the floor in front of them at true size. It works the same way on iPhone and Android — wherever the link goes, the experience goes with it.

Retail and e-commerce data shows a clear lift in conversion and drop in returns for product pages with 3D/AR (Shopify, Harvard Business Review). These figures don't translate one-to-one to industrial B2B; here the gain shows up mainly as less dependence on site visits and trade shows.
Virtual Reality: make the mistake in simulation, not in the field.
Most XR solutions look at the pre-sale. Ours puts the after-sale at the centre — because most of the cost a machine generates across its lifetime sits there.
The operator puts on the VR headset and stands in front of an exact digital twin of the machine. They walk around it, bend down, open the cover — with their hands. The headset tracks hand movement; controllers work too, as does direct hand tracking. No physical machine, no free production line and no trainer's plane ticket required.
Manuals do not get read. Training videos are watched and forgotten. In a VR scenario the operator does not read and does not watch — they do. When they touch the button on the machine, the system registers it and moves them to the next stage. If they proceed in the wrong order, it stops them.
Headset on, the stage begins
The operator puts on the headset; the machine stands before them at true scale. The step to perform appears and the relevant area is highlighted.
They do it with their hands
They press the button, pull the lever, open the cover. The movement matches the real machine; muscle memory forms there.
The system verifies
It recognises the correct action. If a step is missing or out of order, it does not allow progress.
The flow continues
The procedure advances by itself; at the end a report shows who struggled where.
