This policy explains the information we collect through adractive.tr, how we use it and how we protect it.

1. What information we collect

What you send us

When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, company, email, phone and the content of your enquiry. We do not ask for information beyond those fields.

Automatically generated technical data

Like every web server, ours keeps access logs: IP address, browser and operating system details, visit time and pages viewed. These logs are used for security and fault diagnosis.

2. What we do not collect

• Payment or card details — no payments are taken through the site.
• Location data. The augmented reality feature uses your camera, but the image never leaves your device, is not sent to our servers and is not recorded.
• Profiling data for advertising. There are no ad network trackers on the site.

3. Confidentiality of your technical files

The CAD files, technical drawings and product information you send us are trade secrets and are treated as such:

• Only the team assigned to the project has access.
• They are not shared with third parties and are not used as references.
• They are not published in our portfolio without your written permission.
• They are deleted at the end of the project on request.

We treat signing a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any discussion as standard practice.

4. Third-party services

A limited number of external services are used for the site to work:

• Google Fonts — typeface delivery
• Google Hosted Libraries — 3D viewer library
• Form delivery service — turning the contact form into an email
• Hosting provider — server and access logs

These services are subject to their own privacy policies and, out of technical necessity, may see your IP address.

5. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to data is restricted on a per-project basis. Even so, we remind you that no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Children's privacy

The site is aimed at corporate buyers and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page and the date above is updated.
